The homes averaged a price of $713,000, more than 4,200-square-foot, and $175 per square foot.
The top home was sold for $799,000 on Spencer Lake Drive. The 5-bed, 4-bath was 4,256 square feet and sold for more than $187 per square foot. The two Greenbrier homes on the list were Nos. 2 and 3. The homes sold for $740,000 and $695,000, respectively.
