Beau Lynch has been named Conway Behavioral Health Hospital’s new chief executive officer.
Lynch brings more than two decades of experience to the hospital.
“I am truly honored and excited to step into the role of CEO at Conway Behavioral Health Hospital,” Lynch said in a news release. “My commitment is to lead with compassion, innovation, and a relentless dedication to the well-being of our community.”
Lynch was most recently part of NeuroBehavioral Hospitals in Florida, where he worked for nearly three years. There, he established two new hospitals and helped obtain accreditation from The Joint Commission at both facilities within 90 days of their openings.
After earning his Master of Healthcare Administration in 2018, Lynch became senior director of operations and business development at Palestine Regional Medical Center in Texas. There, he managed the operations of a 150-bed acute care hospital and a 68-bed, free-standing behavioral hospital. He also led 13 medical center departments.
Lynch also spent nearly three years at HCA Healthcare at locations in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and West Palm Beach, Florida. In Tennessee, he oversaw three behavioral health hospitals with 201 beds and played a crucial role in the region’s development. He helped establish an intake center, a $3 million hospital addition, and enhancements in patient experience and care systems.
As executive director of behavioral health sciences in West Palm Beach, Lynch oversaw the largest behavioral health hospital in the region. He orchestrated the buildout and operationalization of a 36-bed behavioral health expansion, which increased the hospital’s capacity from 88 to 132 beds.
Lynch holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mississippi State University, as well as a master’s degree in social work from Jackson State University, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Mississippi College.
Conway Behavioral Health Hospital provides inpatient and outpatient mental health services for individuals and families in and around central Arkansas.
