Rachel Weaver, plant manager at SFI AR, is not just a manager, but a leader who loves her employees. Weaver has worked for SFI Manufacturing for 17 years and has held several positions.
She began as a human resource assistant but now holds the title of plant manager. Born in Chicago, Weaver moved to Conway at 4 years old. She has lived in Conway since and got her start at SFI AR while attending the University of Central Arkansas where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In her current role as plant manager, she is responsible for maintaining safety standards, overseeing daily operations, and inspiring her team to be their best selves.
Weaver plays a role in the company’s strategic planning, budget management, and productivity. Her leadership performance directly impacts the plant’s performance and success, meaning her role in the company is vital. Weaver enjoys the opportunity that SFI AR provides her. Her favorite part of her job is the various challenges she works through every day, like handling new machinery, projects, or issues on the floor.
