Nothing Bundt Cakes is expanding to Conway, with a location slated for the Lewis Crossing development at 1190 S. Amity Road.
The national chain will anchor a three-store, $12 million development at the shopping center. No word yet on other tenants in the space.
Nothing Bundt Cakes began in 1997, and by the late 2000s, the company began franchising. It now has more than 660 shops across 40 states and Canada, and is the largest specialty cake retailer in the country. The shop is known for its richly iced Bundt-style cakes in a variety of sizes and seasonal flavors.
The project is being constructed by LR Mourning Co. of Little Rock. There is no official word on an open date.
This will be the ninth location for Nothing Bundt Cakes in Arkansas. It currently operates in Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Hot Springs, Jonesboro, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Rogers, and Springdale.
