Hannah Porter serves as service support manager at Top Notch Heating & Air, where she oversees operations and scheduling, technician support, system administration, membership management, and the company’s price book. She has worked at Top Notch since May 2023, starting as a customer service representative before moving to material manager and then into her current role.
Porter said what she enjoys most about her job is the atmosphere she shares with her co-workers, noting that they focus when it’s time to get work done but always leave room to have a good time.
Porter moved to Conway with her family and has called it home for almost 16 years. Before joining Top Notch, she worked at a medical clinic in town but wanted more out of her career. That led her to apply for a tech position at Top Notch, even though she didn’t have a background in HVAC. Now, her co-workers say she holds the company together, from answering the phones to scheduling, building estimates, and making sure technicians are supported.
