Skip Mullenax serves as branch manager for B&A Property Maintenance, where he works with crews, customers, and the leadership team to ensure the company provides great service while taking care of its people. His day-to-day work varies, from helping solve a property issue or coaching an employee to meeting with customers, reviewing branch performance, or planning for future growth. His goal, he said, is to see that the branch does quality work, takes care of its customers, and creates opportunities for the team to succeed.
Mullenax has worked for B&A for a year and a half, and branch manager has been his only title with the company. He said what he enjoys most is helping solve customers’ biggest challenges and investing in the growth of his team, describing it as living out B&A’s belief in “Growing People, Impacting Communities.” He was drawn to B&A after knowing founder Brent Treece for years, saying he wanted to be part of an organization whose leaders genuinely practice the principles they believe.
Mullenax has called Conway home for most of his life. He attended Conway Public Schools and the University of Central Arkansas.
