Rock-N-Roll Sushi is coming soon to Lewis Ranch in Conway. The restaurant will anchor an 8,860-square foot building owned by Lewis Ranch, LLC.
The construction is being completed by Mulhearn Wilson Constructors of Maumelle. It will be located at 975 S. Amity Drive between Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux and Denny’s.
The restaurant is tentatively scheduled for an opening date in mid-May, according to Rock-N-Roll Sushi CEO Chris Kramolis.
Rock-N-Roll Sushi offers popular, well-known rolls like spicy crawfish, spicy shrimp, California, shrimp tempura, salmon, veggie, volcano and tuna, in addition to its own unique rolls like VIP, Crowd Surfer, Electric, Punk Rock and Thriller.
