A culture of collaboration and a commitment to education guided the transformation of a 6,400-square-foot corporate warehouse into a modern office for ERA TEAM Real Estate’s Conway branch.
With $273.95 million in sales volume and 1,368 transactions in 2021, ERA Doty Real Estate/ERA TEAM Real Estate is the 16th largest real estate agency in Arkansas, according to a March 2022 list published by Arkansas Business. And they are poised for growth.
The agency’s 123 licensed agents and brokers serve 48 counties across northern Arkansas. In addition to the Conway location, ERA Doty Real Estate/ERA TEAM Real Estate has branch offices in Jonesboro, Paragould, Mountain Home, Flippin, and Hot Springs.

Owner and principal broker Steve Doty said Conway’s new space was designed with collaboration and education in mind. Located at 4005 Prince St., the 80-by-81-foot building includes a training room for sales meetings that are often standing-room-only, as well as open spaces that foster collaboration among the 58 Conway agents.
“This building was attractive to us because of its location and that it was a blank slate,” Doty said. “Rather than buying a building full of rooms with closed doors, we built a space based around our culture of collaboration. We wanted something that is smart and efficient for our agents and administrative staff.”
As impressive as the building is, Doty said a “big, pretty office” was not the goal.
“We did this for growth. We’re here because we want to grow agents and make them successful in real estate and give back to Conway in the process,” he said. “And we wanted to create a space where our agents could learn from each other and share with one another.”
The new office was a cause for celebration. A grand opening on June 1 attracted dozens of guests, including 20 agents from ERA Doty Real Estate/ERA TEAM Real Estate’s Jonesboro office. ERA Real Estate CEO Sherry Chris flew to Arkansas from Palm Beach, Florida, to celebrate the occasion. She leads the global brand of real estate agents and broker owners in 35 countries around the world.
“When I think about ERA, I think of us as a group of local broker owners who go deep into their local communities and have a strong connection across the country and beyond,” Chris said. “This location is no exception. What Steve Doty and his team have done to help families move on to the next phase of their lives through real estate is second to none.”
Kelli Small, executive broker for ERA TEAM Real Estate in Conway, said the new location is just the beginning.
“We want to grow, not only in terms of sales volume and agents but also in our impact on this community.”
Tom Dewine, a San Antonio-based partner with ERA Doty Real Estate/ERA TEAM Real Estate, said the grand opening of Conway’s new branch office is the culmination of decades of being part of the community. He echoed the importance of giving back.
“Over the years, ERA has aligned with some of the best real estate companies in this area, always staying true to our values and always staying focused on making a contribution in the community. We have occupied a couple of different places in the city and are excited about this new location to expand our footprint and community impact.”
