Ashtyn Brown and Javan Massey have earned their Unmanned Aircraft General-Small (UAG) license from the Federal Aviation Administration.
In the cable department, Alex Bethea was promoted to Telecom Construction Technician 4. Jacob Keller was promoted to Telecom Installer Technician 1. In engineering and planning, Kyndel Smith was promoted to Dispatch Coordinator.
In the property and procurement department, Tom Makara was promoted to Inventory Control Coordinator. In the water department, Chad Hogan was promoted to Senior Foreman of Water Systems. Keith Turner was promoted to Foreman of Water Systems.
Human Resources Specialist DeAnna Smith has successfully completed the training and examination necessary to earn the Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Leo Cummings III Earns IOM Certification
Leo Cummings III, director of sales and membership engagement at the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce, received his Institute of Management certification on June 8 in Madison, Wisconsin.
The four-year professional development program is offered by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and includes 96 hours of course instruction in nonprofit management.
Lori Ross Achieves Board Certification
Lori Paladino Ross has achieved the designation of a board-certified coach from the Center for Credentialing and Education.
Ross is the first coach from Conway to be board-certified. She is the Founder of Clarity Consulting & Coaching, LLC which provides consulting services in the areas of marketing, communications, and fundraising, as well as executive coaching services.

UCA Alumni Board Adds 4
The University of Central Arkansas Alumni Association has appointed four new members to its board of directors. Carolyn Floyd Ishee, Aaron King, Jeremy Owoh and Keith Svagerko began three-year terms July 1.
UCA Names Executive Director of Public Appearances
The University of Central Arkansas has named Amanda Horton as executive director of Public Appearances, overseeing the soon-to-open Windgate Center for Fine and Performing Arts, as well as the Reynolds Performance Hall.
The new 114,000-square-foot Windgate Center for Fine and Performing Arts will merge art, music and theater in one place and build upon the two-decade success of Reynolds Performance Hall. Windgate’s new performance spaces will open more dates for Broadway tours and cultural performances in Reynolds’ already popular subscription series and provide an avenue for presenting emerging and niche market artists.
