A new fitness center has joined the offerings of The Plazza at Centerstone on Dave Ward Drive. KnockOut30 opened Oct. 17 in the shopping mall at 2235 Dave Ward Drive.
KnockOut30 is owned by Warren Martin, and offers fun workout routines that take 30 minutes to complete.
“I was thinking one day, wouldn’t it be cool if all the areas of fitness, performance and athleticism could be accomplished in a 30-minute workout,” said Martin. “I thought I could design that and help clients along the way.”
Workouts are broken down into balance, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, stability, planes of movement and more. Clients can choose from three of 10 stations, with 10 minutes at each station, to complete a workout.
Stations include Muay Thai, kickboxing, abs and core, lower body, upper body and boxing.
KnockOut30 is open 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30-8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, and 8:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday. Weekdays from 1:30-3:30 p.m. are for one-on-one training sessions only.
