The 4-bed, 4-bath home sold for more than $238 per square foot after 315 days on the market. The second-largest home sold for $762,900 on North Wood Estates Drive. The 3,700-square-foot home cost more than $204 per square foot.
All five homes sold for more than $600,000 and were at least 3,400 square feet. The largest home was a 4,075-square foot, 5-bed, 3-bath home that sold for $635,000 on Sawgrass Cove.
