A three-story, 120-unit micro loft apartment project is coming to 2600 College Ave. in Conway.  

The project, called University Lofts, will offer units ranging from 376 SF to 588 SF.  

The property is owned by Two Land Company, of Little Rock. The contractor on the project is Jetton General Contracting, of Little Rock.
