Olive Garden confirmed to Pulse that the Conway location is slated to open Oct. 23. The $2.1 million project was designed by 4Twelve Architecture. The contractor is Boen Kemp Construction. The property at 554 Museum Road is owned by EJ Holdings, LLC, a Fayetteville corporation led by Eric Boen.
Olive Garden, headquartered in Orlando, Florida, has nearly 900 restaurants and does more than $4.9 billion in annual sales. The Conway location will be the ninth in Arkansas, with other locations in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Benton, Fort Smith, Fayetteville, Rogers, Jonesboro, and Hot Springs.
