A 3,706-square-foot home in Conway was the top home sold in Faulkner County in January. The Whistling Straits Drive home sold for $815,000 and nearly $220 per square foot.  

The 4-bed, 3-bath home, was a new construction built in the Lands End subdivision. 

A 4,492-square-foot home in Greenbrier and a 3,522-square-foot home in Conway were the joint second-largest transaction in January. The home on Windswept Pass in Greenbrier sold for more than $173 per square foot and totaled $775,000. It was on the market for 22 days.The Conway home on Southshore Lane sold for more than $220 per square foot and $775,000.  

A Mayflower home on River Road Drive East was the fourth-largest transaction of the month. The 3,665-square-foot home sold for $720,000 and more than $196 per square foot. The 4-bed, 2-bath home was on the market for 106 days, the longest period for the top five homes of the month. 

Conway homes occupied three of the top five spots. A South Salem Road home was the fifth-largest transaction of the month, selling for more than $200 per square foot and $710,000. 

The five homes averaged a sale price of $759,000 and more than $201 per square foot.
