It is the second consecutive month the top home sold in Faulkner County occurred on Whistling Straits Drive in northwest Conway.
The nos. 2 and 3 homes were sold in Greenbrier. The second-largest home transaction in February was on a 3,615-square-foot home on Morris Court. The home sold for $704,000 and more than $194 per square foot. It was on the market for 49 days.

The fourth- and fifth-largest home sales were back in Conway. A 2,729-square-foot home on Pine Mountain Drive was the fourth-largest sale of the month. It sold for $470,000 and more than $172 per square foot. It remained on the market for 105 days.
The fifth-largest home sale was a 2,338-square-foot residence on Maple Springs Drive. The 4-bed, 3-bath home sold for $437,000 and more than $186 per square foot.
