The most expensive home sold in Faulkner County in March was a 4,012-square-foot home located on more than six acres on Southern Oaks Road in Conway.
The 4-bed, 3-bath home sold for $882,500 and nearly $220 per square foot. It was on the market for four days.
Three of the top five most expensive homes sold in Faulkner County in March were located in Conway. The no. 3 most-expensive home was a 3,375-square-foot home on Dolphin Drive in Conway. It sold for $746,225 and $221.10 per square foot. It was on the market for less than a day.
The no. 4 most-expensive home was a 4,119-square-foot home on Warwick Hills Lane in Conway. It sold for $715,000 and $173.59 per square foot. It spent two days on the market.
The two other homes on the top five list were both located in Greenbrier.
The no. 2 most-expensive home was sold on J Hawks Drive in Greenbrier. The 4,027-square-foot home sold for $815,000 and $202.38 per square foot. It was on the market for three days.
The second Greenbrier home on the list — the no.5 most expensive — was a 3,120-square-foot home on Highland Drive that sold for $691,500 and $221.63 per square foot.
Through the first three months of this year, there have been 20 fewer homes sold in Faulkner County and 30 fewer homes sold in Conway, compared to 2023.
The median home price is up nearly $15,000 in Faulkner County, and up more than $5,000 in Conway, compared to the same time last year.
