The number of homes sold is down in Conway and Faulkner County compared to a year ago, but home sales are up.
Through the first four months of 2023, there were 455 home sold in Faulkner County. This year, there were 451 homes sold. Meanwhile, the homes sold in 2024 have totaled $131.3 million, compared to $122.9 million the same time period last year.
In the City of Colleges, the number of homes sold is down 19 homes from 2023 while home sales totaled $85.8 million through April this year, compared to $82.5 million in 2023.
