Who is ready for a Whataburger? Or maybe a Whatachik’n? Then, there’s always a side of fries with spicy ketchup.

The wait is almost over. Company officials say Whataburger is set to open Friday, July 19.

This will be Conway’s first Whataburger location. The store is at 813 E. Oak St. behind Panda Express, near the intersection of I-40 and Oak Street.

Whataburger began in 1950 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Since then, it has expanded to more than 900 restaurants in 14 states with more than 50,000 employees.
