Lee Tedford, water systems manager at Conway Corp, oversees and leads the largest department at Conway Corp. Tedford has dedicated almost 14 years to Conway Corp and has made a lasting impact.  

Tedford is responsible for protecting Faulkner County’s Lake Brewer watershed, water treatment, water distribution, wastewater collection, and wastewater treatment. During winter months, Tedford and his team repair water main breaks and restore service to residents. Tedford is proud to serve safe, reliable water and wastewater utilities to the citizens of Conway, as well as tell Conway Corp’s story to clients and residents.  

Originally from Pine Bluff, Tedford was educated at Arkansas Tech University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering before finding Conway Corp. Tedford loves the stability of working for Conway Corp and the sense of fulfillment he gets from serving his community. Tedford is pleased to call Conway home due to the thriving community. In his free time, he is involved with the Lions Club International and the Arkansas Water Works and Water Environmental Association.
