Mark Ferguson has been instrumental in driving key projects that impact economic development, long-term water supply, and the modernization of aging infrastructure, all of which are essential to the future success of Conway Corp and the community.  

Ferguson has been with Conway Corp for 12 years, starting as a part-time cable technician before advancing through roles as Water Systems Engineer I and II. He is now water systems senior engineer. His responsibilities include supporting long-range planning, system improvements, and overseeing developer and rehabilitation projects. Ferguson finds great fulfillment in his role, especially in helping Conway remain successful and sustainable. He chose to work at Conway Corp for its job stability and opportunities for professional growth. 

A Conway native, Ferguson graduated from Conway High School and was educated at the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton and Arkansas Tech University.  

Ferguson remains deeply involved in the local community. He participates in organizations such as Conway First Baptist Church, the Conway Area Leadership Institute, United Way of Central Arkansas, and local STEM initiatives, and serves on the Conway Planning Commission. Ferguson also holds a professional engineering license and is a graduate of the Conway Area Leadership Institute.
