Taft Ealy is the owner and CEO of Central Diesel Services and currently oversees ten employees. Established in 2013, Central Diesel Services has provided sponsorships of little league teams, supports women’s leadership in the community, youth leadership events, and has given donations to local small businesses.  

Taft and Central Diesel Services employ members of the central Arkansas community to support their families. As CEO, Taft’s responsibilities include making sure quality workmanship is performed and that his staff receives a paycheck. Taft has performed every duty in the company from the intake process to invoicing the bill. His favorite part of the job is helping fix someone’s problems.  

Taft was born and raised in Conway and was educated as a certified diesel technician. In his free time, Taft is an active member of Trinity Worship Center and sponsors the Conway Bears AAU football team. Also, in his spare time he enjoys raising cattle on family farm land for his 4E Cattle Company.  Central Diesel Services believes that supporting the community is essential, donates to nonprofits, and sponsors sports teams for the betterment of the area.
