A 6,719-square-foot home on Janan Court in Conway was the most expensive home sold in Faulkner County in August. The 5-bed, 4-bath home on three-quarters of an acre sold for $145.11 per square foot.  

Four of the top five most expensive homes sold in August were in Conway. The fifth home was in Vilonia on South Coker Road on 55 acres. The 2,397-square-foot home sold for $750,000. It was built in 1985. 

A 3,741-square-foot home on Southwind in Conway was on the market the longest among the top five homes. It took 170 days for the home to sell. The 4-bed, 4-bath home sold for $840,000.  

A 4-bed, 4-bath home on Dolphin had the highest price per square foot in August. The new home sold for $840,000 and $229.63 per square foot. The 3,658-square-foot home was on the market for 92 days.
