The 641,698-SF industrial facility at 600 Dave Ward Drive, home to Canadian manufacturer De Biasi Group, has sold for $15.75 million in a sale-leaseback agreement announced this week by Colliers Arkansas.

The property was owned by DBG Arkansas, represented by Hank Kelley, Daryl Peeples, and Gary Smith with Kelley Commercial Partners, and sold to an investment group, DW WH Conway, led by Andrew Wiechern and Isaac Smith of Colliers Arkansas.

DBG will enter a long-term lease of the facility. The manufacturer of custom metal products for heavy truck, automotive, agriculture, and commercial industries will lease 477,198-SF of the facility. Smurfit Westrock, a global packaging company with a location in Conway, will lease the remaining 214,500-SF.

“This is a unique asset that is extremely exciting for our investment group with long-term, in-place income and below-market price-per-square-foot,” Wiechern said. “This transaction marks our first major win since Colliers expanded into the Conway market and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the opportunity to form a lasting relationship with the seller, DBG, as they remain a long-term tenant in the property.”
