The 2025 residential new construction data for Faulkner County shows that 55% of all newly built home sales — 202 out of 368 — occurred in unincorporated areas, meaning a region of land not part of any city or municipality. These properties featured a median lot size of one acre and a median sales price of $216,466, which is the lowest price among the reported geographical categories despite having the largest land parcels.

There were 93 newly built homes within the city limits of Conway purchased in 2025. New homes in Conway proper had the county’s smallest median lot size of 0.13 acres and the smallest median living area of 1,472 square feet. The median price per square foot in Conway was $160.33.

Vilonia recorded the highest median sales price for newly built homes at $331,750. Vilonia also had the largest median home size at 1,995 square feet. However, it should be noted that only eight newly built homes were purchased in Vilonia in 2025.

Greenbrier’s 39 new home purchases represented the highest median price per square foot at $175.90, with a median home size of 1,751 square feet and median lot size of 0.25 acres.

Mayflower’s 26 sales were characterized by the lowest median price per square foot in the county at $149.15. The median sales price in Mayflower was $255,750 for a 1,660 square foot home on 0.15 acres.

Across the entire county, the median sales price for new construction was $250,250, with a median square footage of 1,646 and a median price per square foot of $159.72.
