The top home sold in Faulkner County in August was a 4-bed, 3-bath Pippinpost home that fetched $925,000 and $237.18 per square foot. 

The home, built in 1994, features 3,900 square feet and a 0.39-acre lot.

The Nos. 2 and 3 homes in August were both sold in Adamsbrooke. The two homes sold for $910,000 and $159.93 per square foot, and $850,000 and $154.13 per square foot, respectively. 

The No. 2 home features 5,690 square feet, 5 beds, 5 baths, and a 1.53-acre lot. The No. 3 home features 5,515 square feet, 5 beds, 4 baths, and a 0.66-acre lot.

The last two homes of the top five were sold in Greenbrier and Vilonia, and both included acreage.

The No. 4 home was sold on Lacie Drive in Greenbrier for $804,000 and $173.09 per square foot. It features 4,645 square feet, 4 beds, 3 baths and 20 acres.

The No. 5 home was sold on Bass Road in Vilonia for $760,000. It features 4,366 square feet, 5 beds, 4 baths, and nearly 15 acres.

Faulkner County Housing Report: August 2026

Most metrics in the local housing market remain up over last year, including median price per square foot and median sale price, while the number of homes sold and the valuation of homes sold remain down in Conway.

The number of homes sold in Conway is down 14.26% to 433 through August of this year. Last year, 505 homes had been sold in Conway by this time.

Home sales in Conway have totaled $133.2 million this year, down 7.19% from $143.5 million last year.

Meanwhile, the median price per square foot and the median sale price are both up in Conway. 

The median home price in Conway is currently $280,000, up 12.22% from $249,500 at this time last year. The median price per square foot is up 2.81% to $159.09 in 2026, compared to $154.02 last year.

In Faulkner County, numbers remain up across the board.

The number of homes sold is up 1 home to 1,142 homes sold, representing a 0.09% increase.

Home sales have totaled $354.4 million in the county, up 7.82% from last year’s total of $328.7 million through August of 2025. 

The median price per square foot is up 2.34% to $157.63, while the median home price is up 8% to $270,000.
