A 5-bed, 3-bath home on Lainey Drive in Conway was the most expensive home sold in Faulkner County in January. The 3,694 SF home, located on a third of an acre, sold for $718,900 and $194.61 per square foot. It was on the market for 128 days. 

A 4-bed, 3-bath home on Centennial Club Drive in Conway was the second most-expensive home sold in January. The 3,740 SF home sold for $600,000 and $160.43 per square foot.  

Two Greenbrier homes were No. 3 and 4 for the month of January. They each sold for more than half a million dollars. A Mayflower home on River Bend Road was No. 5 in January, selling for $547,000 and $175.32 per square foot. The two homes in Greenbrier and the Mayflower home were all located on at least one acre of property.
