Rotolo’s Craft & Crust, an upscale, casual restaurant, is headed to Prince Street between Shadrachs Coffee and Tucker Creek Trail.
Craft & Crust is spinoff concept of the original Rotolo’s Pizzeria chain. Craft & Crust offers higher-end, craft pizzas including Detroit-style, deep-dish, and traditional stone-baked pizzas. It also has pastas, wings, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and appetizers like spinach and artichoke dip, garlic paremsan bites, and boudin balls.
Craft & Crust also offers a large selection of craft beers, and typically includes a selection of local drafts in addition to national brews, craft cocktails and a wine list.
According to permitting records, the restaurant will be nearly 5,000-square-feet and include an outdoor, covered patio with access to the trail.
Craft & Crust was developed in 2016, after the original Rotolo’s Pizzeria in 1996. Rotolo’s is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Craft & Crust has followed with a strong Louisiana footprint. This would be its first location in Arkansas.
The architect on the project is Ritter Maher Architects, and the contractor is Ybos & Sons Construction. No word at this time on a possible open date.
