Home sales in Faulkner County and the city of Conway saw year-over-year growth through the first half of 2025, despite a decline in median sale prices.

Through June, 821 homes had been sold in Faulkner County, up 7.04% from the same period in 2024. In Conway, the increase was even more pronounced with year-to-date sales rising 18.45% from 309 to 366.

However, median home prices dropped in both areas. Faulkner County’s median price fell 4.81% to $247,500, while Conway saw a steeper decline of 7.87%, with the median sale price dropping from $270,000 to $248,750.
