As Corporate Fleet Manager and Senior Manufacturing Operations Specialist at Virco Manufacturing, Allison Hunt wears many hats to support the company’s operations. In her role, she manages Virco’s leased vehicle fleet, nationwide, from ordering to maintenance while also coordinating training programs, recruiting interns, and facilitating internal and external plant tours. She oversees large purchases for the vice president and general manager, organizes employee appreciation events, and represents Virco at career fairs and community events.

Her career with the company began five years ago as an administrative assistant. Through dedication and initiative, Hunt advanced through multiple positions before reaching her current dual role. She says her greatest motivation comes from the people she works alongside each day. “I do it for the smiles,” she said, noting how rewarding it is to see colleagues thrive after a successful training or event.

Originally from Greenbrier, Hunt has called Conway home since childhood. She actively supports local nonprofits and donates to charitable organizations, while also representing Virco at Conway Area Chamber of Commerce events. Her commitment to service reflects her dedication to both her company and her community.
