David Freyaldenhoven is the owner of Husky Heating and Cooling, where he oversees daily operations while also working in the field as a technician when needed. Since starting the business three years ago, he has been committed to building a strong team and fostering a workplace culture that stands apart in the heating and cooling industry.
Freyaldenhoven’s path to business ownership began after serving on active duty in the military. While balancing his service, he attended the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton part time, earning a technical certificate in HVACR. He later gained experience working for a company in Little Rock before deciding to pursue his dream of running his own business.
Originally from Morrilton, he holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Today, he calls Conway home, drawn to the opportunities and kindness of its community.
In addition to leading his business, Freyaldenhoven has served 27 years in the military. He is currently the first sergeant of the Arkansas Army National Guard’s 87th Troop Command at Camp Robinson.
