Marcus Arnold has built a career rooted in customer service and community engagement through his work at Summit Utilities. As a customer development representative, he oversees new revenue projects for residential and small commercial developments across much of Arkansas. His role includes coordinating with internal departments such as engineering, operations and contract services, while also working directly with builders, developers, homeowners and engineering firms to ensure natural gas service is delivered smoothly and on schedule.

Arnold began his career in the oilfield industry, specializing in hydraulic fracturing. While the work matched his passion for the energy sector, the constant travel kept him away from his family. Seeking stability without stepping away from the industry he valued, he relocated to Conway after accepting an opportunity with Summit Utilities, which was CenterPoint Energy at the time.

A native of Wilson, Arkansas, Arnold now calls Conway home and pairs his professional work with community service. He participates in the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and lends his support to the Arkansas Food Bank, extending his impact beyond his career.
