Steven Long is the owner and CEO of Top Notch Heating & Air, where he sets the vision, drives strategic growth and oversees daily operations. He makes key decisions that shape profitability, expansion and team performance while working to build strong leaders and create opportunities for the future.

Long started the company with just himself, a truck and a determination to succeed. In the early days he handled every role, from running calls and troubleshooting systems to sales and installations. Now, five years later, he leads a growing team and guides the company forward with purpose and precision.

What he enjoys most is knowing the work makes a difference. For him, it is about more than repairing air conditioners. It is about keeping families safe and comfortable and building something meaningful with his wife while watching their team grow.

A native of Mountain Pine, Arkansas, Long and his family made Conway their home for its community spirit and opportunity. He and his company give back by supporting Habitat for Humanity, United Way of Central Arkansas and local schools.
