Tim Ingram is the painting foreman at the University of Central Arkansas Physical Plant, where he has worked for 38 years. Ingram assists maintenance staff with various tasks, focusing on painting projects assigned across the UCA campus.

He has held positions as an apprentice skilled worker and painter. Ingram says he enjoys working with people and helping take care of their painting needs on campus.

A native of Hamlet, a community in Conway, Arkansas, Ingram considers Conway his home. He earned a 12-year diploma and has spent decades contributing to the upkeep of UCA’s facilities.

Through his work, Ingram helps ensure that campus buildings are well-maintained and painting projects are completed efficiently. His long tenure reflects his commitment to supporting the university’s operations and serving the needs of staff and students.
