Tim White serves as vice president of forestry at NativState, where he oversees forest management, inventory, monitoring and compliance across 550,000 acres. He has held the role since the company’s founding in 2021.

A native of Russellville, White earned a bachelor’s degree in forestry and wildlife management from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 1981. He has been a registered forester since that same year and was recognized as the Society of American Foresters Outstanding Field Forester in 2024.

White said one of the highlights of his role is the people he works with, from small forest landowners to the NativState team. He joined the business at the encouragement of founder Stuart Allen, who challenged him to help create a new company in a new industry that benefits Arkansas landowners and the broader mid-South region.

He has made Conway his home, drawn by its growth, talent and pro-business culture. Outside of his work at NativState, White lends his support to Toad Suck Daze, the largest family festival in the state.
