Westley Sullins has owned The Pest Detective for 13 years, balancing his role as supervisor with stepping in as a technician when needed. He oversees operations while staying connected to the field, ensuring customers receive dependable service and employees have his support.

A native of Swifton, Sullins moved to Conway to attend the University of Central Arkansas, where he took physics courses for a couple of years before pursuing other opportunities. Over time, he built The Pest Detective into a business that reflects his emphasis on hard work, service and relationships.

Sullins said his favorite part of the job is being around his employees and customers, where he can build lasting connections that extend beyond day-to-day work. His community involvement includes his church, the Chamber of Commerce, his daughters’ school events and leading a Bible study. He also values fitness and enjoys spending time at the gym.

Sullins describes his approach as keeping his head down and working hard, staying focused on his responsibilities while investing in the people around him.
