Zach Watkins is the owner and president of HD Roofing and Construction, a company he founded in 2019. A native of Springdale, Watkins moved to Conway in 2013 to play football at the University of Central Arkansas. After living in larger cities following graduation, he returned to Conway with his wife, drawn by the city’s sense of community and potential.

Beyond his work, Watkins is active in the Conway area, participating in the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce, One Church Conway, the UCA Purple Circle, and the Conway Regional Health Foundation. He emphasizes community engagement and values creating lasting relationships with clients and neighbors alike.
