Justin Moore has dedicated 17 years to Conway Corporation, where he serves as senior foreman of telecom business class services. In this role, he manages a team of technicians responsible for installing and troubleshooting telecom products for businesses throughout Conway. His team also oversees the company’s internal physical security and access control systems. 

Moore has also held roles as a telecom construction technician, residential installation technician and residential troubleshooting technician. His career progression highlights both his technical expertise and his dedication to serving Conway’s business community. 

A native of Smackover, Arkansas, Moore moved to Conway for school and career opportunities and chose to make it home. He holds certifications from the Society of Telecommunications Engineers, including Business Class Services Specialist and Broadband Distribution Specialist, as well as CompTIA Network+ and AXIS Communications. 

His excellence has been recognized with the MACTA Customer Service Excellence Awards 5 Star Award for Master Performance in 2017 and 2019, along with Conway Corp.’s Customer Service Award in 2020. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Moore is deeply involved in his community as a member of Second Baptist Church, an assistant coach for youth baseball and a board member of the SCTE Razorback Chapter.
