The top home sold in Faulkner County in October exceeded $800,000. The Conway home on Lands End sold for $900,000 and $211.76 per square foot.

The new-construction, 4,250-square-foot home boasts five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and is located on approximately .32 acres.

The No. 2 home was a Dolphin Drive abode in Conway. The property sold for $825,917 and $246.54 per square foot.

The No. 3 home sold was also located on Dolphin Drive. The 3,369-square-foot home sold for $765,000 and $227.07 per square foot after 197 days on the market, the longest of any in the top five.

The only home not located in Conway among the top five was the No. 4 home, sold on Highland Drive in Greenbrier. The 3,425-square-foot home sold for $759,900 and $221.87 per square foot, and is located on a 0.68-acre lot. The No. 5 home, located on Dee Drive in Conway, sold for $650,000 and $209.81 per square foot.

The five homes averaged a sale price of $760,163 and $223.41 per square foot.
