EDUCATION
Central Baptist College has added four new members to its board of trustees. The new trustees are Aaron Polok, Ashley Moore, Donna Gray, and Randy Stimach. Each trustee will serve a five-year term, which began in January.
Nadia Eslinger has been named director of the University of Central Arkansas Living Learning Communities. She has worked at UCA for 12 years, serving in a variety of capacities including academic advising, student success programming, and directing initiatives for first-generation and Pell-eligible students.
Travis Johnson has been named assistant dean of students in the UCA Dean of Students Office. He previously served as assistant director in the UCA Office of Student Advocacy & Community.
Stephanie Alsbrook has been named the director of Service-Learning with the UCA Center for Excellence in Teaching and Academic Leadership. She also serves as a clinical instructor in the Department of Nutrition and Family Sciences.
Rosalyn Williams has been promoted to director of patron services for UCA Public Appearances. She previously served as events manager. She will be responsible for both the Reynolds Performance Hall and Windgate Center for Fine and Performing Arts box offices, including event setup and ticketing, patron and donor relations, and more.
Vicki Parish has been promoted to assistant director of the UCA Center for Excellence in Teaching and Academic Leadership.
Mary Morgan Berry has been hired as a development associate for Hendrix Athletics. Berry will support fundraising and engagement efforts for Hendrix Athletics, working closely with the Office of Advancement and the athletics department. She will focus on donor engagement, event coordination, and strategic fundraising initiatives.
REAL ESTATE
Karen Ferguson has partnered with LPT Realty, a national brokerage, to expand her services across Faulkner County and central Arkansas. The move is intended to provide clients with enhanced marketing tools, technology, and listing exposure.
TECHNOLOGY
Mason Hess has been promoted to services senior manager at Insight. Hess previously served as senior manager for commercial acquisition and as regional sales manager. He has worked at Insight since 2022.
Steven Tyler was promoted to sales enablement director at Insight. He previously served as director of commercial operations for the company’s central region. Prior to that, he was a senior sales manager for sales enablement. He has worked at Insight since 2019.
Conway Corp Names Jason Hansen as Chief Information Officer
Conway Corp recently announced Jason Hansen’s title has changed from chief technology officer to chief information officer, as part of continued alignment with the organization’s strategic plan and the evolving needs of customers, the community and operations. As chief information officer, Hansen will provide focused leadership in key strategic areas including generative artificial intelligence, data governance, enterprise information systems, analytics, innovation and digital enablement across the organization.
“This transition reflects the increasing importance of data, information systems and digital strategy to Conway Corp’s long-term success,” Conway Corp CEO Bret Carroll said. “Jason’s experience and leadership make him well-suited to guide these efforts while helping ensure accountability, efficiency and responsible stewardship.”
Hansen has played a central role in advancing Conway Corp’s technology capabilities and will continue to provide leadership as the organization invests in innovation, improved data governance and enterprise-wide information systems. Hansen joined Conway Corp in 1999 as an internet support technician. He was promoted to network technician in 2000 and advanced to WAN administrator in 2002, taking on expanded responsibilities supporting the organization’s network infrastructure. In 2007, he was promoted to manager of broadband video and voice services, overseeing key customer-facing technologies. He was named chief technology officer in 2011.
UTILITIES
Tony Mooningham has been promoted to materials coordinator in Conway Corporation’s property and procurement department. Mooningham will expand and oversee materials coordination and distribution, playing a key role in supporting operational efficiency across Conway Corp.
Chris Odom has been promoted to regulatory and risk management director. He will oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, insurance and related legislative and policy matters for Conway Corp.
Tylor McPherson has been promoted to journeyman lineman at Conway Corp. In his new role, McPherson will assist with the construction, maintenance, and operation of Conway Corp’s electric distribution system to support safe and dependable electric service throughout the community.
