A 3,647-square-foot home on Nantucket Drive in the Lands End subdivision was the most expensive home sold in Faulkner County in February. The home sold for $858,000 and $235.26 per square foot. It was the most expensive home per square foot among the top five. 

All five of the top homes sold in February in Faulkner County were in Conway. They averaged a sale price of $710,947 and $185 per square foot, as well as four beds and four baths. The No. 2 home in February, a 5,157-square-foot home on Plantation Cove in Centennial Valley, was the largest home among the top five and was located on the largest lot size, 0.83 acres. The home, built in 2012, sold after four days on the market for $799,000 and $154.94 per square foot. It features six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The Nos. 3 and 4 homes sold in February were located next door to one another on Applewood Drive in the Applewood Cove subdivision off Prince Street. The homes sold for $658,000 and $629,805, respectively. 

The No. 5 home in February was a Magnolia Springs Drive home in the Sylvia Springs subdivision off Reedy Road.

Faulkner County Housing Report: February 2026

The number of homes sold, total sales, and median home prices are all up in the first two months of 2026, compared to the same numbers in 2025.

In Conway, the number of homes sold is up 1.19% to 85 homes, while total sales are up 38.61% to more than $21.48 million. The median home price in Conway is up 20.61% to $275,000, while the median price per square foot is up 6.15% to $156.84.

In Faulkner County, the number of homes sold is up 17.13% to 212 homes through February. The total sales in Faulkner County is up 31.95% to more than $63.40 million. The median home price is up 12.01% to $257,500, while the median price per square foot is up 4.13% to $152.96.
