Four of the top five homes sold in Faulkner County in June occurred in Conway, including the top home which fetched seven figures.

The Lands End home sold for $1.107 million and $263.07 per square foot, which was also the largest price per square foot among the top five homes.

The 4,208-square-foot home boasted four beds and four baths, and a 0.33-acre lot.

The No. 2 home was sold on Whistling Straits Drive for $950,000 and $230.69 per square foot. The home sold after four days on the market. 

The 4,118-square-foot home was located on 0.43 acres and offered four bedrooms and three bathrooms. 

The No. 3 home sold on Savannah Park Circle for $910,000 and $147.32 per square foot.

The 6,177-square-foot home was the largest among the top five homes, boasting seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as two half baths.

The No. 4 home was a 5,242-square-foot home sold in Pippinpost for $850,000. Tying for No. 4 in June was a  Green Meadows Drive home in Vilonia, which also fetched $850,000.

Faulkner County Housing Report: June 2026

Most local housing metrics continue to show year-over-year growth from 2025 through the first six months of the year.

Median home prices and median prices per square foot were up in Conway and Faulkner County, while home sales offered a mixed bag.

In Conway, the number of homes sold is down 14.13% through June to 316 homes. The value of homes sold in Conway is down 9.67% to $93.769 million from $103.806 million in 2025. 

The median home price in Conway was $280,000 in June, up 12.63% from $248,600 the same month last year. The median price per square foot in the City of Colleges was up 2.31% to $156.84.

Numbers were up across the board for Faulkner County. The number of homes sold through June totaled 837, a 1.70% increase over 2025.

The value of homes sold was $255.799 million, an 8.55% increase over the same time period last year. The median home price in the county was up 7.49% to $265,500, while the median price per square foot was up 1.94% to $155.74.
