The top home sold in Faulkner County in July was a Greenbrier home on Ridge Drive that fetched $845,000 and $246.79 per square foot.
The 3,424-square-foot home boasted four bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a 10-acre lot. It sold on its first day on the market.

The No. 2 home sold in July was a 3,202-square-foot Conway home on York Lane, which sold for $810,000 and $252.97 per square foot. The home had four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a 2-acre lot. It sold after three days on the market.
The Nos. 3 and 5 homes were also located in Conway. The No. 3 home, on Southwinds Drive, sold for $785,000 and $245.31 per square foot after 155 days on the market. It was the longest period on the market for any of the top five homes in July.
The No. 5 home was a Nob Hill Drive home that sold for $690,000 and $195.69 per square foot. It boasted four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a 1.04-acre lot. It sold after 48 days on the market.
The No. 4 home was another Greenbrier home, located on Burgess Lane, which fetched $750,000 and $269.40 per square foot. That was the highest price per square foot among the top five homes in July.
The Conway and Faulkner County housing market continues to demonstrate resilience and stability. While higher interest rates have prompted buyers to be more deliberate in their home search, demand remains strong due to Conway and Faulkner County’s growing economy, highly regarded schools, and overall quality of life. Home values continue to appreciate, and well-priced homes are attracting solid interest from buyers.
We’re also seeing a healthier balance between buyers and sellers than in recent years. Increased housing inventory is providing more choices for families looking to purchase a home, while homeowners continue to benefit from strong property values. Faulkner County Housing Report: July 2026
While the number of homes sold and home sales are down year-to-date in Conway, all other numbers in the city and at the county level are up over 2025.
In Conway, the number of homes sold is down nearly 14% to 376 through seven months, compared to numbers in 2025.
Home sales are down 7.90% to $106.591 million, after totaling $115.738 million in 2025 through July.
The median price per square foot in Conway is up 3.24% to $159.20, while the median home price currently sits at $282,000, a 13.94% increase over the same time period in 2025.
At the county level, metrics are up across the board. The number of homes sold is up 1.52% to 1,002 while home sales have totaled $310.531 million in 2026. That is up 10.01% from $282.285 million through the first seven months of last year.
The median price per square foot is currently $156.87 in Faulkner County, up 2.54% from last year. The median home price in the county is currently $271,000, up 8.44% over the same time period last year.
