Andrew Moore serves as superintendent of Plant 3 at Virco Manufacturing Corporation, where he oversees daily production and manufacturing operations, along with security across all three plants. He works closely with the vice president of manufacturing to monitor staffing, production efficiencies, safety, and personnel issues, and partners with the facilities manager to keep equipment and facilities running smoothly, all while pushing for continuous improvement in Virco’s core principles of safety, quality, and housekeeping. 

Moore has worked at Virco for seven and a half years, advancing from second shift supervisor to first shift supervisor, then assistant superintendent, before reaching his current role. He said what he enjoys most is Virco’s people and the corporate culture they’ve built together, which he credits for the company’s high employee tenure. 

Moore’s family moved to Conway from Franklin, Tennessee, in 2004 when his father took a job at Snap-on, and he has lived here for 22 years since. He graduated from Conway High School and later earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas. 

Moore has served nine years on the board of the Faulkner County Council on Aging, including terms as treasurer, vice president, and president, and two years on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Faulkner County.
