Brad Curtis serves as operations system coordinator at Conway Corp, where he provides support, strategic direction, and leadership to the company’s system operators, advanced metering infrastructure, geographic information system, and right-of-way teams. His role centers on helping those teams work together effectively across the company’s departments to support reliable utility services, customer satisfaction, and the community’s continued growth. 

Curtis has worked for Conway Corp for two years, having previously served as an electric systems engineer. He said what he enjoys most is the culture and atmosphere at the company, along with the chance to face new challenges each day, approaching them with ideas grounded in Conway Corp’s core values while keeping its vision and mission in focus. He finds it especially rewarding to contribute to the systems and services that help Conway residents thrive. 

Curtis was born and raised in Mt. Vernon-Enola and has lived in the Conway area for most of his life. Before joining Conway Corp, he worked as a real-time, current-day engineer at Southwest Power Pool, supporting the reliability of the electric power grid across multiple states. Joining Conway Corp allowed him to fulfill a long-held ambition to contribute to an organization that serves his local community.
