Don Hathaway serves as director of operations for Klaasmeyer Construction, where he runs the company’s day-to-day operations, bids projects, and meets with new and existing clients. He has worked for the company for 24 years, advancing through roles as laborer, operator, foreman, supervisor, and manager before reaching his current position. He said what he enjoys most about the job is the family atmosphere the Klaasmeyer family brings to the company.

Hathaway is originally from Kingman, Arizona, and has called Conway home for 15 years. 

He has been highly involved with Klaasmeyer’s local customers over the years, working to ensure the quality of the company’s work and recruiting from Faulkner County to do work in Faulkner County. His nomination credits him with making a lasting impact on the company, its customers, and the community.
