Justin Stewart serves as senior project manager and estimator at Car-Son Construction, where he oversees the company’s demolition, concrete polish, and masonry divisions. He has worked at Car-Son Construction for 11 years, a tenure that has taken him through a variety of roles. Early on, he was known around the office as the “Chief Miscellaneous Officer,” a nickname earned for handling the smaller, random projects that came through, before moving into project management and estimating. 

Stewart said what he enjoys most about the job is the people he works with, calling them his second family. Co-owner Brian Fason hired Stewart to take on the commercial construction world at a time when he was looking to do something different. 

Originally from Arcadia, California, he has lived in Arkansas for more than 22 years and in Conway for 12 years. He and his wife, Jamie, who is from Conway, moved to the City of Colleges to raise their three sons. Stewart calls it the best decision they have ever made.
