Kenny Britton serves as engineering project manager at Westrock Coffee Company, where he works with the engineering team to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital, infrastructure, automation, and process-improvement projects across the company’s manufacturing network. Britton manages projects from concept through commissioning while keeping them safe, on time, within scope, and within budget. 

Britton has been with Westrock Coffee for nearly 10 years, working his way up from the floor, where he began counting inventory and loading trucks, through a series of progressively greater roles in operations. He said what he enjoys most about his job now is the challenge of creating projects based on the needs of Westrock’s growing facilities and organization, from inception through design, project management, and commissioning, so that teams can succeed with each product. 

Britton is from Vilonia and has lived in central Arkansas for 29 years. He said he sought out Westrock Coffee after researching the Ford family and what the company stood for, wanting to be part of the same mission, driven by a desire to grow professionally and learn more about manufacturing.
