Lane Nelson founded Nelson & Associates in 2024 as a full-service real estate and construction firm, designed to simplify projects by offering design and build services under one roof, reducing delays and unexpected expenses, with a real estate team that carries finished projects through to close. 

On the construction side, the company builds custom homes from the ground up, handling design, preconstruction management, permitting, building, finishes and warranty work, along with full property transformations and outdoor living spaces. Its commercial arm manages tenant buildouts and small to mid-sized ground-up commercial projects, while its real estate team serves clients buying, selling or investing in residential or commercial properties. 

Its biggest accomplishment has been assembling a team whose members bring their own expertise to the table, along with a network of subcontractors, suppliers, and partners that make each project possible. 

Nelson & Associates supports the central Arkansas community through causes including Arkansas Children’s Hospital, the Festival of Stars holiday gift drive, downtown Conway’s Art Walk, and Women Build, an annual Habitat for Humanity fundraiser.
