Shane Palmer serves as a service technician at Stevenson Heat and Air, where he provides service to customers experiencing issues with their heating and air systems. He has worked for the company for 10 years, having held roles in both new construction and service. 

According to his nomination from company general manager Tanner Stevenson, Palmer has been a hardworking and dependable employee throughout his time there, representing Stevenson Heat and Air professionally and taking pride in delivering great service to customers.

Palmer said Stevenson offered him a career, and what he enjoys most about the job is solving problems and interacting with people.

Palmer is a Conway native and graduated from Conway High School in 2005. He has lived in the area for 28 years, longer than anywhere else he’s lived.
