The top January home sale in Faulkner County was a 5-bed, 4-bath home on Brush Creek Loop in Conway. The 4,350-square-foot home sold for $630,000 and nearly $145 per square foot.
The top three homes sold in January were located in Conway. The second- and third-largest sold on Salem Oaks Drive and Daniel Drive. The Salem Oaks home was 2,620 square feet. The 3-bed, 2-bath home sold for nearly $195 per square foot. The Daniel Drive home sold for nearly $139 per square foot.
Homes from Greenbrier and Vilonia made up the rest of the top five for the month. The home that spent the most time on the market was the Greenbrier residence, which sold for $485,000 and spent 295 days on the market.
